123 IDC was formed in 2006 as the Instructor trainer offshoot of the already successful 123 Dive Ltd. Rod Bateman the owner and Course Director realised that his IDC's were becoming even more popular than entry level diving so decided to concentrate on that. Based in London 123 IDC at first supplied independent Instructor training services to local dive shops. Demand has risen sharply and now 123 IDC provides services and placements all over the UK as well as abroad including France, Egypt, Florida and Vietnam.
123 IDC uses word of mouth and personal recommendation for 95% of our business.
The company motto is 'Make it fun!' and we certainly do that.
